Moonlit Nights

My friend Siobhan and I headed up to Miller Lake to enjoy a long weekend away. We were staying at the Summer House Resort, which is a private park north of Wiarton, ON. It was a very pricey joint but unfortunately we booked later than we normally would which meant the National Park, our regular spot, was full so we had to suck it up and pay out the small fortune. Now we did have a very nice view, especially for the gorgeous Blue Moon that came up almost directly across from our site.

Moonrise on the Harbour

The Blue Moon was a wonderful orange colour and seemed to get more orange as each night went by. Watching the moonrise by a nice warm campfire is a perfect night out camping.

Lonely Dock

We both had a great time relaxing and getting the city out of system, We were both glad to not be working this weekend.
