A few members of the Brampton Photo Group met up this morning for a photo walk in Toronto. We started out at the Art Gallery of Ontario to get some shots of the Henry Moore sculpture but I found something a little more fun to photograph – The AGO sign.

From there we headed up Beverly Street , turning onto Baldwin past some cafes before heading back down on McCaul Street. St. Patrick’s german church sits on this street hiding a very beautiful interior inside its walls. Heading into the church was reminiscent of walking into some of the European churches. The stain glass windows and arched ceilings just called out to be photographed and I answered.

Too soon it was back outside and on to Queen Street where we found graffiti treasures along the way. Here is one example of what we found today. There will be more to come in another post.
Lady & Chick
We headed up Queen Street through Chinatown the streets get much busier making for some fun street photography. Stopping for a quick and very large lunch in Kensington Market we warmed ourselves up before getting back onto the Market streets. Someone parked an old 1950s Buick in one of the driveways along Kensington.

After making our way through the Market it was time to head back to the car and head home to get through all the photographs. And I have so many that I’m still sifting through them all.
