I spent another day in the garden this afternoon. The Sweet Williams I photographed yesterday are growing at rapid speed. Two more flowers opened where there was only one before.
Shooting this much in the backyard has given me a chance to try different viewpoints and be more creative.
I sat in front of the chamomile flowers in hopes of getting a shot of a single bloom with the ones behind blurred out as much as possible.
A green bottle fly happened to be sitting on one of the blooms and posed for me as I shot. This little guy was not interested in moving at all no matter how close my lens got to him.
Seems he was busy enjoying the chamomile flower and the warm sun.
