My seven day trek through the majority of the Dalmatian coastline and a side trip to Slovenia is now done and the fast pace, no sleep is slowly catching up. My plan today was to stick to farm before heading out to the hot springs in Slovenia. My cousins, that I am staying with, have a small farm but it has some interesting things in it.
Chickens
Okay maybe chickens aren’t that interesting but I did get to try out some fresh eggs for breakfast one morning. The thing I was really interested in is the bee hive. Yes, that’s right my cousins have quite a large beehive on their property.

And a colourful one at that. I got to see how the honey was harvested and got a little video on it as well which I hope to be posting in the next few weeks so stay tuned. That’s all I really have to share today but tomorrow is my trip to Zagreb and weather is said to be on the wet side so we’ll see what photographs I’m able to get.
