So there I was feeling unmotivated because of another cold day. Forcing myself to get off my butt I picked up my camera and headed to my new birding spot. Yup, that’s right Claireville.
Cardinal Meets Junco
I wandered around to the backside of one of the feeders where all the cardinals seemed to be congregating and got the above shot of the male Cardinal. When I got home I noticed the bird to the right and realized that a Junco had snuck into the photo without my noticing it. (okay yes, it was there I just didn’t notice it.)
White-Breasted Nuthatch
I then lucked out and caught a great shot of a White-Breasted Nuthatch. Talk about an exciting day out in the field.
