After settling in the hotel and getting some grub we got our gear together and headed out for some night shots at the Lighthouse on Big Tub Harbour.
I tried a couple of different lenses to see what kinds of effects I would get with each one before ending up with the 15mm fisheye. I just loved how much longer an exposure I could get without too much star movement.
The fisheye also gave me the a nice view of Big Tub Harbour along with allowing me to get some of the night sky as well.
Just out of the harbour, in view of the ferry, the landscape looks a little more barren. It feels more lonely on this side.
