It has been awhile since I pulled together some hiking gear and made my way to the Bruce Trail so today I gathered my gear and drove up to the Beaver Valley section of the trail.
Spotted Knapweed
I am now in the northern sections of the Bruce Trail that offers amazing views. There seems to be loads more scenic lookouts – two of which I encountered in today’s short hike.
The Lookout
I seem to start my hikes at a point where I have to walk down into a valley.
Steep
And then it’s back up to the top of the escarpment and along the ridge to another lookout.
The Pitstop
I had my lunch here at this last lookout before turning around for the day.
