A third day on the trail in Beaver Valley offered different views than my more recent hikes. A good portion of the hike was along a narrow path in a meadow filled with wildflowers.
Living in a cultivated world of the urban city it’s great to get out and see the beautiful, chaotic wilderness. Mother nature sure has an eye for what what works and who am I to not enjoy it beauty and capture it on camera.
Towards the end of my hike I noticed an little inch worm making its way up the edge of a leaf so I stopped to take a photo. As I was focusing in on it I then realized there was a fly at the other end.
Neither seemed enthused in any way about the other. So I left them to enjoy the day.
