With three super moons scheduled to appear in 2014 I knew I had to make it out to at least one of them. I missed the first, although I can’t remember why. I called up my friend Paul and asked if he was able to join me. We chose a close place with an epic view of Toronto – Humber Bay. It was kind of up in the air as to whether it would be too cloudy. We picked our spot and waited patiently for the moon to appear.
We had some haze lower int he horizon but it finally peaked out and I had to say it didn’t seem to be bigger. So we waited some more and waited for the sun’s light to disappear completely.
Of course waiting too long meant that the moon didn’t appear any bigger than normal. I still got some great shots with the Toronto skyline in the distance.
