Nigel, David and I decided to meet up at the Guildwood Inn for some autumn shooting. The Guildwood Inn is a run down inn in the east end of Toronto where certain unique architectural features have made their last resting place.
Many of these features were taken off buildings before or even after they were demolished to make room for more modern structures. You can find statues and columns aplenty here.
Most days you can find a bride or a bride here getting their photos taken around the gardens. Some even have their wedding here and one can see why they wood after a short walk through the gardens,
I was surprised to find that few trees had changed colour until I found the ivy clinging tot he column near the parking lot. The only spot of red I found that day.
Wasn’t it in September that we went there? Or did you go a second time?
