Most evenings during the year the moon rises just outside my bedroom window. Sometimes it can be glaring white – beating down through the curtains as though it thought it was the sun. Tonight however, I noticed the pale coloured moon hovering above the houses behind me.
Although not a full moon I find that photographing it when it’s not completely full more details show on its surface. Notice the amount of craters on its surface close to the shadow line?
